Frederick was very knowledgeable about his beautiful city. Pointed out little historical facts on the way which was lovely to see. Felt like we knew this city better than other tourists. The food quarter was great. Explained about the grading of products so they are protected for this region. Gave us some restaurant tips for afterwards. We followed up on one and had a lovely lunch!
