Each tour begins promptly out of respect for those who have arrived on time, so we kindly ask you to be punctual. Additionally, once a tour has commenced, we are unable to pause for latecomers or assist with directions to catch up the tour. Therefore, we cannot admit anyone to the tour after it has started.
