Every tour starts promptly out of respect for those who arrived on time, so we kindly ask you to be on time. Also, once the tour has started, we cannot make breaks for latecomers or provide directions to the tour. Therefore, we cannot admit anyone onto the tour after it has started. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
