Whether you are visiting Berlin or living here, this tour will give you new insights. We will explore places that were once the heart of the city and whose history can still be felt today.
- Who were the people who shaped Berlin?
- How did the impressive buildings come into being?
- What did Berlin’s centre look like during the GDR era?
- What does the metropolis look like today?
You will learn all this and more on this tour. But don't worry, this won't be a dry history lesson! We will link the past with the present and explore the connections that have made Berlin the city we know and love today.

The tour ends at Bebelplatz. You can then continue your discovery tour on your own towards the Brandenburg Gate or Check Point Charlie. There you have the opportunity for sightseeing and other cultural activities.
