We will enter a lesser-known Rome , full of temples, houses and fortified palaces, up to the Ponte Sisto.
You will learn about the most exciting historical events in the city, in a very enjoyable and fun way , making a very entertaining and informative tour.
We will begin at the Boarii Forum, where the oldest and best preserved marble temples in all of Rome are located.
We will arrive at the Theatre of Marcellus, and descend into its impressive archaeological area. You will walk through the winding, ancient streets of the Jewish ghetto, seeing where Jews were segregated for over 300 years and where they still live today.
We will then arrive at one of the pillars of daily life in Italy, Campo de' Fiori, offering visitors the perfect opportunity to rub shoulders with the locals. We will arrive at the Farnese Palace, one of the most majestic Renaissance palaces in Rome. We will continue along the palatial road of the old banks, where we will come across Renaissance palaces side by side until we reach the imposing Ponte Sisto that will welcome us to Trastevere.
