The Carnival of Cádiz is the most important festival in the city and the one that best reflects the character and idiosyncrasy of the people of Cádiz. Festival declared of international tourist interest. On this tour you will have the opportunity to learn more about what this festival consists of and where this tradition comes from.
But Cádiz is much more than its carnival and is surrounded by a fascinating history. Did you know that in the 18th century we were one of the most important commercial ports that connected Europe with America?
During our tour we will review the past and present of our city from its most glorious years thanks to trade, through the arrival of Napoleon's troops, the promulgation of the first Spanish constitution and some of the consequences of the Civil War in Cádiz.
