Laura is a wonderful guide. She oozes with personality, knowledge, humour and love for her home city, Venice. We learnt so much during the 2.5 hour tour and were entertained all the way. This was our first time visiting Venice. We were staying in the Cannaregio region so finding out about its history was a must. The region, itself, is so delightful and authentic. Loved the lack of tourists and immersing ourselves into everyday Venetian life. Totally recommend the tour.

Laura was an amazing tour guide. Professional, knowledgeable, entertaining, charming. We didn't loose a minutes - all of the tour was interesting and full of since. Really pleasureble. I paid extra because it worked it.

It was a great decision to book this tour instead of a "general-Venice" kinda tour. Laura still covered all the basics and answered all the questions we had, while guiding us through somewhat hidden and not-so-obvious history of the city. 2 hours well spent!

An absolutely authentic tour, made our trip to Venice incredibly memorable! Avoid the tourist traps and awkard head sets and flags and feel like a true traveller with this tour

Francesco was sooo interesting and thorough…..he was a native of Venice. He took us to many areas of Venice and told us many stories. We thought he was fantastic and would do another tour with him.

Laura was such a wonderful guide. She is Venetian and clearly she knows her city inside out. She was very personable and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions from local life to history to architecture of this unique island.. I have learned so much and had fun. I highly recommend her! I took other tours as well but hers was definitely the best and covered more subjects in a fun manner. Thank you Laura.

Francesco was a great guide! He made lots of jokes and showed us the the 'backstreets' of Venice. He kept us away from all the crazy crowds of tourists and instead showed us great spots that most don't see. Highly reccomend. 10/10

Francesco is my favourite Backstreet Boy! He masterfully guided us through the back streets of Venice, providing entertaining and insightful commentary as we went. It was a great experience to get away from the tourist crowds and see Venice with a local. Francesco was very funny, but in a way that meant we all learned a lot too. I would definitely recommend this walk for visitors to Venice!

The best tour I’ve been on. Francesco was hilarious, and very knowledgeable of Venice. We didn’t visit the typical tourist areas and instead saw the hidden gems, all while seeing all 6 districts. The information was interesting and clear, all while being very entertaining. Highly recommend to everyone!

Laura was one of best tour guides I ever had. She did very exciting explanations with lot of details which made the tour very attractive.

Excellent tour guide!! Laura was so passionate while explaining everything! She made the route so enjoyable; everything we saw was very interesting and different. Definitely worth it, and with her as the guide!! :)

Francesco did take us to some interesting and lesser known / hidden spots and told good stories about them. He has a particular sense of humour so he warned it’s not for everyone, and he can be a little hard to understand. He will take you on a traghetto (cool, 2eur) and to a not very good, overpriced cicchetti bar for a rest (not cool, find somewhere better there’s literally about 100 other options! Probably another 5-10 eur) so factor into your budgeting. Also if you look Asian he will assume you’re from China and point at you when he decries cheap souvenir tat made in China, so you can enjoy that too. We did a bucketload of steps, great church at the end. He’s clearly passionate about his city so thank you for sharing it!
