Excelente propuesta de recorrido con sitios muy pintorescos y muchos espacios verdes. Nos tocó una mañana muy agradable por suerte. Toda la informacion brindada por el guia fue muy interesante!

Es diferente a otros paseos, menos turístico pero igual de rico, en una zona de la Ciudad preciosa y más tranquila, supermercado recomendable!

Joaquín is a wonderful guide and great storyteller. He’s passionate about the area, having grown up there himself, and sharing his love of life. Very hospitable guide. It’s inspiring to meet locals who believe in the vibrancy of their city, and who can see the nuances of all the changes, the struggles, and the hopes of many generations. Thanks ☺️! (Ps if you book the tour the day before online, there’s a chance the platform will not notify the guide in time, so I suggest you use the WhatsApp number provided to contact the guide and verify the tour is taking place. In my case, no notification was sent from the platform in time to the guide, which caused a mixup and a tour delay of 1.5 hours, none of which was within the control of the guide).

Conocimos una zona de la ciudad que nunca habíamos estado. Hermosa llena de antiguas casonas con unos parques preciosos. Muy entretenidos con las explicaciones de la guia Lola y el recorrido perfecto q termino en el barrio chino. En 3 hs aprendimos mucho de éste pais

Nos sorprendió Belgrano y nos sorprendió Lola. Historia, anécdotas, casonas, palacetes, arte y pasajes casi secretos...mucho disfrute en una caminata larga y muy entretenida. No es de los tours clásicos en BsAs . Vale la pena !

Joaquin is passionate about the Abasto area and its history. I didn’t know much about BA history, but Joaquin explained it so clearly and with so much enthusiasm for preserving this historic place. I better understand the multiple dynamics that made Buenos Aires what it is today and the role that Tango music and dance played. Joaquin genuinely transferred his love for this area he grew up in, and the admiration he has for Carlos Gardel to me. He even sings and plays the guitar, just like Carlos Gardel did. I’m looking forward to learning more at the Carlos Gardel museum. I give Joaquin 5 stars for transferring his love for this area to me….I highly recommend this tour

Pedro came for the tour even though I was the only person. I couldn’t understand why this was because it was extremely interesting and informative about the History of Buenos Aires and got into the soul of tango, music and dance. Pedro was very enthusiastic, had some amazing old photos of how the people lived in the Abasto area and knew about the history, rises and falls of the people and buildings in the area, these we visited. He was willing to put me in touch with people and venues that would help me develop my interests. Altogether à fantastic experience, Pedro was a perfect guide, I highly recommend this tour.
