Tour description

This Free tour of Bangkok (Cultural Tour of free payment) has a unique tour and designed with a lot of love in which we visit the most outstanding points of the history of Bangkok , making an introduction to the Thai capital and its religion, Buddhism.

VISITS WE WILL MAKE:

  • Wat Ratchanadaram Worawihan: Also known as Loha Prasat and among Spanish-speakers as the Metal Castle, it comprises a multi-level structure with 36 meters high in which it presents 37 metal needles, this unique temple represents the 37 virtues towards enlightenment in the buddhist belief. It is considered the only bronze palace in the world, a building whose roof is covered by bronze tiles which makes it a unique and different place from other temples located in Bangkok or other cities or islands in Thailand.
  • Wat Saket: Also known as the Temple of the Golden Mount or Golden Mountain of Bangkok, it is one of the oldest and most important temples in the capital. This temple was built at the request of King Rama III who ordered the construction of a huge golden stupa on its top. In this place it houses a Buddha relic from India as well as unique sculptures with Buddhist references. In the past for centuries it was the highest point in Bangkok. The base and surroundings of the temple are covered with vegetation and to reach its top you must climb its 318 steps where we will be delighted with its great golden stupa and its 365 degree panoramic views of the city. It goes without saying that these relics are found inside the Wat Saket temple as a demonstration of the greatness of the Buddha and creating a unique and different space from the rest of the temples that may exist in the city or other places in Thailand.
