When i was in University, I did some free walks in my free time. now i have started again as it is my passion to show people around the real culture and life of India, especially Jaipur. India is a very different country and we have a very different culture. To understand those differences, you need to have some explanations, so that you can engage with the locals in a more authentic way, not like a tourist. The most wonderful part of Jaipur is the local culture that we people live in every day, every street, and every corner carries a history within itself and has many interesting stories to tell. This is the meeting point, We will meet here to start the tour. We will be meeting in front of Hawa Mahal, Down to the tatto cafe.
It is our second stop after the Hawa Mahal (wind palace)If you are not able to join the tour from beginning we will be there at this temple inside. You are welcome to join here.
If you can't join the tour at the first location, You can always come here and join the tour. We will finish the first part in the end.
When we are in the temple, Please make sure you take of your shoes, when enter. No smoking in the temple premises. Also do not allow anyone without your permission to put a teeka (paint on your forehead) on your forehead.
It's crowded vegetable market. People shout when they talk so keep in mind it's normal way of communication.
It's a visit to Flower market. as flowers are important part of our daily life and culture. We offer flowers to God, Guest and in the wedding.
We will be visiting this place from outside, We are going to talk about the astrology and its impact on Indians and their life. The Observatory was built in 1734, by the kind JaiSingh. The observatory has 16 instruments that can tell you very precise time, position of the sun and the stars. Also you can find out your zodiac sign, your moon sign and ascendent.

Local market, here you can many shops for spices, textile and street food. We will stop for street food, but if you want to shop something, please do that after the tour, I would love to wait if you are shopping but there are other people in the tour. so please mind others as well.
