Join us to discover the 4 jewels of Lisbon, its most emblematic neighborhoods, Alfama, Baixa, Chiado and Mouraria , a unique free tour in Lisbon that summarizes the essence of the Portuguese capital.
We will depart from the city's old port ( Campo das Cebolas ) under the imposing view of the São Jorge hill , cradle of the city. Where we will immerse ourselves in the history of one of the oldest capitals in Europe.
We will continue walking along the Tagus to reach the Plaza del Comercio , where we will relive one of the most dramatic episodes in Lisbon. Our steps will continue through the corners where the history of the 20th century took place until we reach the Plaza del Municipio (town hall) , the best exponent of Pombaline architecture in the Baixa neighborhood.
Our next stage will be Chiado , the most bohemian neighborhood in the city (Cafes, theaters, bookstores and shops that are more than 100 years old).
We will enjoy one of the best views of Lisbon at the top of the Santa Justa Elevator , and from there we will descend to the two large squares in the heart of the capital: Rossio and Figueira.
We will then arrive at one of the most unknown, traditional and soulful neighborhoods of the city: Mouraria, birthplace of Fado.
After going up to the Chão do Loureiro viewpoint , the last stage of our trip will take us to the doors of the São Jorge Castle to culminate our trip in the most famous of the neighborhoods: Alfama , to put a luxurious finishing touch to our tour with the views of the Portas do Sol viewpoint.
