Porto azulejada is a fascinating journey through the brilliance of the tile in the city of Porto . You will discover its origin, its techniques and its history while contemplating hundreds of examples of this material so inherently Portuguese.
Get to know the history of the Portuguese tile in depth , touring the city through the aesthetics of the tiling of its buildings. Beyond São Bento, the tile becomes modernist, neo-Mudejar, enxaquetado or avulso. Artists from all eras fell in love with this material, providing the city with hundreds – thousands! – of examples in which to discover the history of the city and its people.
