- The Central Plaza: The heart of Antigua Guatemala is the Central Plaza, surrounded by imposing colonial buildings, with a central fountain and a beautiful garden. Here is the Cathedral of Santiago de los Caballeros and the Palace of the General Captains.
- La Merced Church: This church is one of the most famous and beautiful in Antigua Guatemala. With its impressive baroque façade and its interior adorned with sculptures and paintings, it is a must-see.
- El Arco de Santa Catalina: This iconic arch is a symbol of Antigua Guatemala and one of the most photographed structures in the city. It was built in the 17th century to connect the Convent of Santa Catalina with a nearby convent.
- The Jade Museum – This museum is a must-see for anyone interested in the history and culture of Guatemala. It has an impressive collection of pre-Hispanic jade, as well as other artifacts and works of art.
- Tank of the Union: Old water washhouse from the colonial era that is one of the most emblematic fountains of Antigua.
