Hello everyone and welcome!
During the tour we will visit the places of greatest historical and cultural interest in Cienfuegos. We will walk along Paseo del Prado and San Fernando Boulevard, where we will come into contact with the daily life of Cienfuegos residents , and where the main shopping centers are located. Visitors will also enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the city and its buildings from the heights of the Hotel La Unión . In José Martí Park , the heart of the historic center of Cienfuegos, you will learn about the founding process of the city , the only one founded by French immigrants in Cuba at the beginning of the 19th century. This is a magical place where we can admire and learn about the heritage values and the majesty of the buildings, especially the Government Palace, the Tomas Terry Theater and the Cathedral, jewels of Cienfuegos colonial architecture.
Subsequently, we will visit the “Benny Moré” Cultural Arts Center and enjoy different art and photography exhibitions after visiting galleries and personal workshops of local artists. We will end the tour at the Muelle Real , a place bathed by the waters of the sea, and where the visitor will have the option to enjoy different traditional drinks and we will be able to talk about a topic of common interest.
