A Warlike Past: Before we enter the former ghetto, we will explore the events of the Battle of Budapest, one of the most intense and least-known confrontations of World War II.

Emotional Tribute: We will visit the peaceful cemetery of the synagogue where the Tree of Life stands, a moving tribute to the victims of deportations during the Holocaust.
