Josue knows a lot about the local history and this makes for a fascinating tour. He goes really in-depth about the 16th century golden age of Ubeda and its main character Francesco de Los Cobos. He enjoys pointing out details, which make the tour fascinating for history buffs like myself. Good main enthusiasm means that he carries everyone along on the tour. Also, he speaks a good English, which is somewhat of a rarity in this mainly Spanish touristy area.

Juse is both knowledgeable and passionate about ubeda ( and I’m sure about Baeza too). I learnt enough of the complex history to appreciate the significance of the buildings and the impact of the key personalities of the town

The tour starts in the early morning, which makes the whole tour has a very antique atmosphere. Josué is really professional and very knowledge with all the history and details of buildings, my boyfriend and I had learned so much and had a very quality time. La mejor forma de conocer Úbeda!

Salimos con mucha puntualidad y me gustó mucho la forma de comunicar a través de los cascos . La ruta fue muy completa y la guía muy profesional con su carpeta de imágenes. Muy recomendable.

Carlos nos hizo un paseo muy ameno por Ubeda. Sin rodeos, ni florituras históricas, ni datos irrelevantes. Muchos recuerdos a los Atalantes y Tenantes, y besos a las Cariatides.
