On this tour we will visit the two most famous and interesting islands near Venice: Murano and Burano. The island of Murano is known for the manufacture of blown glass. On the tour we will visit the Canal dei Vetrai, full of shops where they display and sell the best samples of Murano glass. In addition to glass, Murano offers us an important artistic and cultural offer, highlighting the Basilica of Santa Maria and San Donato, a masterpiece of Italian Romanesque or the Church of San Pedro Martir, famous for its blown glass lamps. We will also visit a glass factory where, whoever wishes, can see an exhibition by a master glassmaker on how glass is blown. On the island of Burano we will find a small and beautiful fishing village, characteristic because its inhabitants paint their houses in very bright and striking colours, giving the island a very picturesque appearance. There we will find the Tower of San Martino, with an obvious inclination or the peculiar House of Bepi, an interesting and beloved inhabitant of Burano. The streets of Bhutan are full of shops where the production of merletto, bobbin lace, is carried out. The tour will not lack gastronomic and cultural recommendations. IMPORTANT: Aspects to take into account in the tour: 1. Transport is not included, it would be necessary to purchase in advance the 24-hour vaporetto ticket (25 €) at any pier or tobacco shop. 2. ENTRANCE TO THE GLASS FACTORY HAS A COSTS OF 5 € PER PERSON. The tour ends next to the factory so that people who want to pay and enter can do so. 3.
