My tour begins in the Figueira square, continuing through the Mouraria, passing by the São Cristóvão staircase, famous for the mural dedicated to fado, to the Sant'Antônio church and the Cathedral, where the life of the saint born in Lisbon and died in Padua. We are in Alfama, with its Arab/medieval layout of picturesque views and craft shops, considered the old heart of Lisbon. You can try the Ginja, a cherry liqueur produced by the ladies of Alfama. Between stories and legends, we will go up to the Graça neighborhood, following the route of tram 28, to the viewpoint of the same name, one of the most beautiful in the city, with the Castle of São Jorge to the left and the 25 de Abril Bridge to the background. We will cross the picturesque and authentic Largo da Severa to finish at the Church of Sao Domingos, known as the cursed church. The walk will end at the Casa do Alentejo, a naive and arabesque palace. I emphasize that the ride has many uphill sections. I would like to talk to you about Lisbon from the side of those who live in the city.
