For the past five years Kaupo (or master Cedric Stimmlich by his medieval name) has been entertaining guests of Tallinn from near and far. After realizing that his home is one of the most well-preserved medieval towns in the world, and inspired by his friends, Cedric took to the streets and with his trusty companions at Tales of Reval, has been earning a living as a street performer and a tour guide since May 2018.

Tour description

Tales of Reval is a refreshing way of experiencing the city of Tallinn. Our job is not to fill your heads with names and numbers, but instead we want to make you proud of the fact that you have discovered Tallinn - the hidden pearl of the Baltic Sea!

What makes us special is our unique combination of traditional guiding, street performance, and storytelling, thus creating a fully immersive experience into the history of Tallinn. This means that the people coming to our show will actually pay attention, and remember the place that they visited.

Experience the remarkable tale of the Hansa Merchants, join in on a journey back in time, and come celebrate over 800 years of history with us.

NB! If you wish to join a date, but the group seems to be full on Guruwalk, kindly go to our homepage www.talesofreval.ee and check the bottom part of the page for availability.

PS! The tour is ran by a company called Tales of Reval. Cedric is the poster face, but in addition to him we currently have 3 guides on the roster - Gregorius, Wilhelm and Nicole - all wonderful storytellers and tour guides. Look for the only person around dressed in an authentic medieval outfit when trying to find us!

PPS! If you miss us, please go to the Tourist Information Centre and ask to be pointed in the right direction!
