In 1875 the magic formula of milk chocolate was invented in Switzerland, since then manufacturing is characterized by being a meticulous, homemade, perfectionist and innovative process, using selected ingredients and little sugar. Each Swiss consumes an average of between 11 and 12 kilos of chocolate per year.
