Free Walking Tours In Sintra in the afternoon

Excellent free tour with a lovely lady, interesting and insightful information shared, top tips and hints to build on sightseeing. At times was a little hard to hear as SIntra was busy and the group didn’t bunch together as well as other tours I have been on. However this tour was an excellent introduction to SIntra for those who only have a day or so spare to visit this wonderful place.

Raphael does an amazing tour. I had to apologize since we booked for four: one didn't make it to the station to travel to Sintra and one had to bail once we arrived in Sintra but my husband & I thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

We had a wonderful free walking tour of Sintra with fantastic guide Joāo. He was fun, funny, insightful and knowledgeable. Adapted to the group and added some personal knowledge of a very cool Moorish fountain. Would highly recommend you try to get Joao for your visit to Sintra, or when he does some of his other tours in Lisboa. A real local gem of a tour guide. 5*

Joao was extremely interesting giving a succint history of Sintra. He gave just the right amount of information required and introduced us to the local tasty delicacies.

Try to find most optimal way to the meeting point and back to hotel.

Kate was an amazing guide - extremely knowledgeable and passionate and we learnt so much.

Carlos was an interesting tour guide, sharing a combination of Sintras history and secrets and his own stories. He had a friendly and warm nature.

Claudia is a great storyteller with good voice projection which kept us engaged the whole tour.

Kate was a great leader. She found quiet places (This isn’t always easy.) to talk about the history and architecture. We enjoyed the visuals she used to explain things. Also, she was very helpful in getting us to our palace visit and with a restaurant recommendation. It was a wonderful experience! We’d recommend it!!

Guys you have to do this!!!!! It was a really good Tour with the best mix of good Informationens, History, FunFacts and a really friendly Tour Guide. Our Tour Guide was Kate and she is a really sweet and funny Person, who is doing her Job really well. I was surprised by her knowledge. At this Tour you are able to explore Sintra, get to know about some insider Facts, History and about the Attractions, so in the end you can decide better where to go. Thank you for this good Tour👍

It was an amazing experience with Carlos! He has a good sense of humour and he really brings out his passion about Portuguese history and culture through the way he told the stories. Highly recommended!
