Oaxaca Food Tour

Great tour! It's a street food tour combined with a walk around the Jalatlaco neighbourhood. Great information on local gastronomy and culture.

This was a wonderful tour. Arturo was so welcoming and shared great Information about the Jalatlaco-Barrio as well as about Oaxacan Culture and Festivities. As it was only us and Arturo the converstation switched to more Personal stories all while exploring the colourful streets, the art and great food and drinks from small streetstalls and Restaurants along the way. Arturo is warm and friendly and knows a lot about his culture and the history of Oaxaca. Our walk was entertaining and picturesque and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Chill, soft spoken, sympatico guide! He didnt give us too much information which can be so exhausting on a walking tour.

Arturo shared his passion for Jalatclo and Oaxaca with the group, and we walked down interesting streets and ate local snacks. He answered all questions and told us about Dia de Los Muertos and other cultural aspects of Oaxaca. Thanks Arturo!

Arturo was the best guide - we all had the best time exploring a slightly less crowded but absolutely beautiful corner of Oaxaca at a gentle pace, stopping off for amazing food and drink. We ran way over the y atu asl your time but Arturo was happy to keep going and so were we! Arturo told us all about the food, history and made it all so interesting. He was so personable and charming - I can’t recommend his tour enough.

Arturo is a lovely guide. He told us a lot about culture and the local places in Oaxaca. We could eat and drink in different local restaurants/caffees (FYI: you pay for the food/drinks). Totally recommended.
