What a great and incredibly informative tour with Jon! I enjoyed every minute of learning about the history. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Walking Tour – Highly Recommended! I booked the Wall Street & 9/11 Memorial walking tour with CityShuffles, and it was easily one of the highlights of my trip to New York. Our guide, MJ, was absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of New York’s history, Wall Street, the Financial District, and the events surrounding 9/11 was incredibly impressive. What really made the experience special, though, was her enthusiasm and genuine passion for what she does. Every stop was brought to life with fascinating stories, historical context, and interesting details that you simply wouldn’t discover on your own. MJ has a wonderful way of engaging the group, making everyone feel involved while keeping the tour informative, respectful, and enjoyable. You could clearly see the pride she takes in both her work and her city, and that passion was contagious throughout the tour. The pace was perfect, there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and we came away with a much deeper appreciation of New York’s history and resilience. Great tour! New York needs to be seen on foot and having a guide makes the experience more entertaining and informative. The guide was professional and knew her stuff. The tour was roughly three hours and I was captivated the entire time.

Jon was very informative he presented all the information in a very passionate manner. His stories were entertaining mixed with fabulous historical information. The tour was well paced and planned. We had ample time for stops if necessary. His knowledge of the 9/11 site was also excellent and the personal stories he told were quite emotional but also informative to give quite a personal idea of the memorial. Thank you we thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
