Free walking tours in Chinatown

It was amazing. John knows a lot about the areas and does everything for you. You give him $11 each and he gets the food while you use the restroom or have tea.

Very informative. Food was delicious. Jon was an excellent guide. We enjoyed the tour immensely.

It is not the best option, very disappointed.

Meri has very interesting stories about the neighbourhoods, is very helpful and her tour is very entertaining overall. Versatile route as well!

David was amazing! He knew so much about New York, including plenty of fun facts that made the experience even more enjoyable. My daughter and me had a wonderful tour with Meri. She knows so many things about New York and we have seen a lot of places. Meri is very empathic and brilliant in her knowledge, so we highly recommend her tour to anyone who wants to feel the soul of this amazing town.

Our guide gave us a great introduction to New York, taking us through Little Italy, Chinatown, and the city's main landmarks while sharing both history and stories from modern-day life. It was the perfect mix of sightseeing and local insight, and we really enjoyed our time. Highly recommended!

The tour is great but its not as described- only one food stop. The guide was friendly and full of knowledge.

1) The only GuruWalk tour out of roughly 30 we’ve done to date in which the guide strongly urges the participants at beginning and end of tour to pay at least 25$ per person if possible. 2) multiple stops without any guiding and very limited knowledge of the guide on the respective spot (15-20 min in an art gallery, 20-30 min in a cafe) Apart from that, David was a very nice person who managed to foster discussions among the participants. Overall more of a social gathering than an insightful walking tour.

The tour was really cool. Our guide Julian was nice and very competent. He can give you tips for everything you like to do in NewYork City. Also the food spots you visit during the tour are cute and delicious. I really recommend this tour !

Sebastian was a FANTASTIC tour guide. He taught us so much about the hidden history of New York, from feminist origins of fire escapes to fun facts about different areas in NYC. This is a MUST TAKE tour and this comes from a couple who have taken many of these walking tours in 10+ countries.
