Free Walking Tours through Ljubljana Communism

We were really blown away by this tour. We took to Promez immediately and were entertained, educated and visually stimulated. We really enjoyed the route and the nostalgic items. Highly recommend!

He explained us a lot of information about Tito and the lifestyle during Yugoslavia. I was surprise that he told us pros and cons about that period (normally the guides only say the bad things) and he showed us some interesting pictures and gaves us personal information about his experience during that time. It really worth it.

A really interesting alternative tour! We got to know a lot about Tito, Yugoslavia, and Slovenia in that period and the tour guide even had different kinds of itens from his childhood! I really enjoyed it 😁

Pirmoz was very(!) prepared. He had many relicts in his backpack and wasnt shy to show them at the appropriate stop. Really interesting, alternative walking tour through Ljubljana. Can only recommend!

Primoz is a dictionary in modern history (and sports). His engagement and knowledge in describing is superb! With personal experience he tries to describe the inner workings of Slovenia under Tito and the communist era. We can strongly recommend the tour.

We had the pleasure to be led through the city by Primoz who entertained and informed us with a lot of personal experience, inside knowledge and little stories here and there. He had lot of special perks in his backpack, which we really enjoyed:) Would highly recommend!

One of the best tours I have done, much better than usual city tours -- extensive knowledge of history by the guide, and collection of photos and artifacts to show us along the tour. It's basically a walking museum, 100% recommend !

10/10 tour - Primoz showed us a nice mix of major and smaller off-the-beaten tracks spots, and took the time to answer our questions in detail. I really liked the photos and snacks during the tour for more holistic insights. A must-do if you're in Ljubljana

Great experience, primoz was really super guide, he told me about the history of tito in Slowenien and Jugoslawien in some interesting way through stories, pictures and the places the he showed. He answered all my questions and was really patient with me, being interested about everything.
