I think the group didn't really connect with the tour. It wasn't very funny, the information given was too superficial. The guide used to take 5-10 min to tell every "fun fact" wich was quite not interesting. Forced humor. The feeling was that the tour could have been done in 1h30 instead of 3 hours...
