It turned out to be a nearly full day tour with visits to 2 pyramids and a camel ride to a panoramic viewpoint for photo-shooting. Mohamed was very knowledgeable about the history and I learned a lot from him. As a solo traveler, he helped take many pictures of me which was very much appreciated.
Fayoziddin totally surprised us with his dedication and his level of professionalism. The information he provided was well researched and quite detailed. I also quite like his style of letting us decide how much time to spend at each site collectively. I highly recommend whoever coming to Samarkand to book a tour with Fayoziddin!
The tour was very informative. Apart from history of the region, we also learnt about life in Bukhara nowadays. I would recommend it to travelers coming to Bukhara.
In general, I find GuruWalk a pretty good way to get to know a new place. For this guruwalk in Aqaba, I tried …. Probably too many dishes/sweets. 😂 it was fun to learn about the culture through food. I would say I’m satisfied more or less.
I was very surprised by what was explained and what I saw during the tour. It’s a very good way to learn about the local life, history and culture.
