Ciao, mi chiamo Charlotte, sono franco-belga, sono laureata in turismo in Belgio e vivo a Palma dal 2014. Ho lavorato in tutta Europa ricevendo, informando e guidando viaggiatori da tutto il mondo che parlano lingue come francese, inglese, spagnolo, italiano, olandese o tedesco. Per me fare la guida è più di un lavoro: è una passione che condivido! Amo condividere con le persone, che si tratti di un buon piatto di cibo, momenti magici o consigli di ogni tipo. Charlotte was nice at the start, and we explicitly asked her if it’s okay for our bigger group (5 pax) to join even though we only booked one slot; we mentioned at the start that we’d be very happy to book another tour if she feels like four additional pax would be too much, but she welcomed us. From the start of the tour, she kept talking about tipping at least €10-50 and all her money problems to explain why we should give her more. Towards the end of the tour, she demanded for more money after immediately checking everyone’s tip - which we found extremely rude. From what we understand, there is no obligation to tip a specific amount for the tour. Although we gave her €25, she confronted us and made a big fuss. Terrible experienced don’t join if you want your tips checked and confronted if it is not at least €15-20 per pax. If it were a good tour, we would have been happy to pay but the tour took less than 1.5 hours and we hardly learnt anything from the stops.
Amazing tour. Charlotte knows many interesting facts about the different and hidden places in Palma. We enjoyed the whole tour. Thanks a lot, Charlotte.

This is a very worthwhile tour. We were in Palma for the first time today and really enjoyed Charlotte's guide to key aspects of the city's history, delivered in an interesting, easy-going, and humorous style. Useful tips for new visitors, too. We highly recommend Charlotte's tour.
