Hello, my name is Charlotte, I am Franco-Belgian, a graduate of tourism in Belgium and I have lived in Palma since 2014. I have worked throughout Europe receiving, informing and guiding travelers from all over the world speaking languages such as French, English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or German. For me, being a guide is more than a job: it is a passion that I share! I love sharing with people, be it a good plate of food, magical moments or recommendations of all kinds. I would like to share with you the history of this pearl of the Mediterranean as well as my experiences and anecdotes to make this guided tour a different and interesting experience, meeting a French-speaking resident of the Balearic Islands.

Charlotte struck the perfect balance between being relaxed and friendly, yet professional. Throughout the tour, she was eager to share as much information as possible, she gave us local recommendations and pointed out what to avoid. While Palma doesn’t have a huge number of sights, Charlotte made the most of it and turned everything we saw into something interesting and engaging. We highly recommend her! 🌞

Great tour, Charlotte was lovely and clearly enjoys spending time in the area. Fab tour with great host, would recommend. Charlotte also has good suggestions of where to get tapas, coffee, ice cream, we took her up on a couple of them (Bar Dia for tapas, Claudio for ice cream) and had a great time.
