A good tour but not a great one. This can be achieved with a microphone for auditory purposes and more recommendations to everyone. He was kind and light hearted. Simple tips were offered in my review - not as a criticism - but to enhance the experience
An outstanding tour, full of knowledge and interesting information. The guide was brilliant, informative, and happy to assist anyone. Exceptionally enthusiastic too! The best tour in Helsinki !!
I left the tour after 30 mins because of how bad it was. He wasn’t enthusiastic, didn’t appear to enjoy his job. He criticised the country and didn’t have enough information on anything. I was thoroughly disappointed because I always do a Guru Walk tour in new cities. I’d avoid this tour if I were reading this.
An informative tour and a fun one. Matteo was funny, so intelligent and easy on the eye! He had a wide knowledge of the city, giving personal stories of his time growing up in Bergamo. He built a rapport with everyone. A great guide!!
