Very informative and interesting tour. Very cold today though.
First, I don't like your first question about was the tour what I expected or better or worse. That is not giving you useful feedback (you need a bit of explanation to go with it), and wastes our time. Also, I wasn't looking for a "amusing" or "fun" experience so I thought that was a useless question. If you were looking for USEFUL feedback, you'd ask for some details, not these general check marks. Each question should have a little box for us to explain WHY the tour was "better than expected" or "worse". Yes, this "public comment" box gives us that opportunity but it'd be more helpful and meaningful to both you and the guide if there was more content you could work with. Multiple choices are pretty lame if you really want to get the real picture. Mario was fabulous and he didn't waste our time trying to be funny or amusing -- he encouraged our questions and was very knowledgeable. 5 stars for him (but not for this questionnaire)
