Ciao viaggiatori! Benvenuto a San José! Mi chiamo Giulio. Sono nato qui in Costa Rica e cresciuto negli Stati Uniti. L'esperienza di entrambe le culture ha ampliato profondamente le mie prospettive del mondo in modo significativo. Con più di 15 anni di vita in Costa Rica, posso davvero dire di aver adottato lo stile di vita "Pura Vida", dalle escursioni nella giungla all'esperienza della musica e del cibo unici del paese. E come avido lettore e appassionato di cultura, è stato un viaggio affascinante per conoscere la storia che circonda questa meravigliosa città. Sarà un piacere essere la tua guida! Questo tour è basato su suggerimenti, quindi sappi che il tuo tour è incentivato per la massima qualità e divertimento! L'idea è di offrirti più di un semplice free walking tour. Sono stato un insegnante ESL per molti anni, quindi conosco il valore di mantenere un gruppo impegnato e interessato.
Jules is a great tour guide. Very professional and full of interesting trivia.
Jules was a great guy. The tour itself had a lot of fun facts but very little historical information. The tour was slow paced and the first half had almost no walking involved. The tour was supposed to be 3 hours and it turned to a 5.5 hour tour, there was a lack of consideration of people’s time. Yes, he did say“if you need to head out or if you’re hungry please feel free to leave” but anytime someone tried leaving he would kind of make it hard to leave by continuing the tour. Overall, it’s a slower paced walking tour with quirky fun facts.
This was an excellent tour with Jules. We learned so much about the culture, the history and saw beautiful and interesting sites. Jules is a wealth of knowledge and is so kind and hospitable. It was the perfect introduction to Costa Rica on our first day there and Jules had fantastic recommendations for us on where to dine and excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant he recommended for dinner and the hike he recommended for dsy 2. The trip would not have been the same without his input. Thank you Jules!
