We arrive at 9:55 (the tour was supposed to start at 10:00) and no one We walked around in order to see if someone was there waiting for We waited until 10:20, time enough in order to know that anyone was going to be our Very unprofessional!!

Dear Rocio, It seems that your booking did not appear on my list of bookings. I normally receive notifications in my email box!! It's not that it was not unprofessional from my side but I believe it was due to a technical issue. From your part you should have sent a message or text me on my WhatsApp to confirm your availability :) When I cancel my tours I send messages to my participants in advance, so it is impossible that I ignored your booking. Still, I'm sorry for what happened! Take care :)
