First of all, I would like to thank you for the review. However, in my opinion, the rating is not appropriate in this case. It is important that the reasons for your dissatisfaction are relevant. Secondly, your delay at the designated meeting point, which caused the group to wait, was unfair to the other participants. I would also like to make it clear that I am an accommodating , engaging person as well and respectfully waited for you, giving you tjme to translate for your relatives. I am committed to giving my clients maximum freedom and satisfaction. I believe I have been helpful and respectful. These qualities may have been misinterpreted as weaknesses rather than strengths. Chiara is a knowledgeable tour guide in Florence. The tour was fun and gave us insights about the historical artistic side of the city, which was very intriguing for my wife and I. We loved this tour and recommand it further for anyone visiting this charming city!

We were happily surprised with Miguel's enthusiasm with the group on how he explained the history facts and tales and how he was able to keep everyone's attention for more than 2 hours. We were very happy with the audio guides as well! Miguel gave us also recommendations on the best of flamenco shows in town. Thank you Miguel!! Tour highly recommended!

Free walking tour "Quartieri Patrimonio dell'UNESCO": Albayzin e Sacromonte

Marc walked us through this tour. He has rich information about the city and tells in details what happened through the history of the city. First taking us through the muslim neighbourhood and then taking us to the Sacromonte and letting us even visit one of the cave houses that is still currently inhabited. He is a fun guide as well! Highly recommended!!
