Ciao!! Mi chiamo Eugene. Sono una guida turistica certificata che lavora nel turismo da più di 5 anni. Sono laureato in Scienze Umane e qualche anno dopo i miei studi ho deciso di lavorare nel turismo anche come guida. Eugene was a super friendly and knowledgeable guide of Gjirokaster. Myself and friend attended the tour with no prior knowledge of the area and left pleasantly surprised by our tour and having felt we had seen the area well. Eugene explained the historical significance of different sites in the city and also provided a good overview of Albanian history. Eugene allowed us ample time to stop for breaks (as a very hilly area) and spent time explaining things in shaded spaces to avoid the heat. We were also taken to some great viewpoints which were perfect for taking pictures. We really enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend anyone visiting Gjirokaster to take this tour with Eugene to gain a greater understanding of the place.
