Fantastic tour!!! Eugene was so knowledgeable about the history of Albania and Gjirokaster. Answered questions asked, and gave us lots of tips on places to visit. He was super nice, and friendly making us feeling very comfortable and enjoy at maximum the 2 hours of exploration! He sad that started the tour recently but has been working in tourism from a few years. We highly recommend this tour! 🤩
This tour was absolutely worth my time. Before taking it, I thought I had a good grasp of Gjirokaster history through reading, but I would have left without discovering so much of what lies beyond this old town. All the sites we visited were stunning and some with a beautiful panorama for pictures. Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and he answered all my questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm. If you want to see more than just the bazaar and castle don’t miss this tour.
The tour does not have many reviews as it was new but was totally worthy and well organized. The tour guide was fantastic and he is a certified guide as well. He knew a lot about the Albanian history and small details around the old town of Gjirokaster. At the end was so happy I booked this tour as I had a very nice time and saw parts of the town I would have not gone to see by my own. Definitely recommend!
Thank you Eugene for the interesting tour! Even though we were visiting out of season (end february), Eugene made the tour interesting and lively with his personal stories. Would recommend for all visitors!
