I booked the morning ride, but they change it to the afternoon because there wasn’t enough people early. Andy was our tour guide, a very kind person. I really enjoyed the bike tour, It was very nice because we met the real Vietnamese way of life, ancestral cooking style of local food, their special technique of carpentry and even we made a special wood gift with a carpenter guide. They also gave us some snacks and tea. It’s a very unique tour. Totally recommend it.
This is the tour to do if you want to get out into the Hoi An countryside by bike. We rode through local villages, rice paddy fields, and crossed bridges. We visited a family temple, cemetery for soldiers, a wood carving area and a local family who make sleeping mats. My guide Anh Duy was amazing and full of information about the local area. I’m very happy I did this tour.
We really enjoyed the tour. We were able to get away from the bustling and touristic center of Hoi An and visit more authentic places and experience life with locals. Although driving in Vietnam is complicated, cycling the entire route, even leaving Hoi An, was easy. We highly recommend this experience and would do it again without hesitation.
Es war eine tolle Fahrradtour auf die Insel Cam Kim. Wir besuchten eine Weberei, einen Holzschnitzer und eine Familie, die Reisnudeln herstellt. An allen Orten durften wir das Handwerk mit den Locals ausprobieren. Wir begegneten vielen freundlichen Einheimischen. Waren nur 3 Teilnehmer, daher konnte sich der Guide Zeit nehmen für uns. Terence ist sehr freundlich und intetessiert, seine English skills weiter zu verbessern. Tour empfehlenswert.
