We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Free Manchester Walking Tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Dani. From the very beginning, Dani was warm, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Manchester’s history, culture, and hidden stories. He has a wonderful way of bringing the city to life — blending historical facts with humour, personal anecdotes, and local insights that you would never find in a guidebook. Every stop felt thoughtfully chosen, and the pacing was perfect, even for those of us visiting Manchester for the first time. What really stood out was Dani’s passion for the city and his genuine care for the group. He made everyone feel welcome, answered questions with enthusiasm, and created an atmosphere that was both educational and enjoyable. This tour is a must-do for anyone visiting Manchester, and if you are lucky enough to have Dani as your guide, you are in for a memorable experience. Highly recommended — easily one of the highlights of our trip.
