The guru should have introduced himself to the group at the start. He was late and didn’t apologise and just came up to us and started talking. I actually asked him if his name was Willy. He spent a lot of time talking about his life and some history and not very much about the food. We spent nearly 1 hour at the first food place and then rushed through the rest. We didn’t even try some of the items listed on the tour description. Overall, he didn’t really engage with the group in a personal way, he just spoke a lot and didn’t read the group’s body language or responses very well. The fruit tasting was expensive (9,000 pesos) and at the end of the tour he told us how much to tip him and questioned when I tipped less than he requested. Not a good Guru walk experience.
Becky was a fantastic guide from beginning to end. Becky was articulate, fun, engaging and extremely knowledgeable! The information was well delivered, interesting and filled with fun facts and anecdotes. A wonderful 'performance'. We also walked a great route that covered everything and more. Highly recommended.
Great whistle stop tour of the main London city sights/landmarks.
Great introduction to Brussels with Tiago! Good amount of time and good route with a really knowledgeable and fun guide.
