I've been to Chavdar's free tour 2 years ago and it was terrific back then... this time it was slightly altered and still fascinating as always! I thoroughly enjoy Chavdar's delivery and continuous inquisitive nature to research and recheck facts and their possible origins....he loves to go deeper down the rabbit hole to get all the correct facts and deliver a terrific historical account off the past! A great introduction to the history and important landmarks of Sofia, plus some great recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in the city.
Chavdar has deep knowledge of so many aspects. East, west, north, south of Europe, he can relate it to Sofia/Bulgaria. On food, culture, language, history, social relations. He is very calm in explaining. We enjoyed a very good tour.
