I confirmed and arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting place - near excelsior hotel. I waited for 30 minutes. I sent a message to the guide and no response. It was a waste of my time. Very unprofessional. Is there a uniform or something to identify them as a staff of guruwalk? It was challenging to be guessing who the guide could be and the profile pics are tiny so it is not helpful.
