Ho oltre 15 anni di esperienza nella gastronomia. Mi sono formato all'INTECI, ho seguito corsi al Le Cordon Bleu Perù e all'USIL e attualmente studio turismo all'ISIL. Sono anche membro associato della World Food Travel Association (WFTA). Ho lavorato in ristoranti esclusivi con chef come Israel Laura, Jaime Pesaque, Arlette Eulert, Coque Ossio, tra gli altri, oltre a progetti indipendenti che mi hanno permesso di esplorare diverse forme di cucina e ospitalità. Ho creato questa esperienza per condividere più di semplici sapori: voglio che tu scopra l'anima di Lima attraverso la sua cucina creola, la sua gente e la sua memoria viva. Non guido turisti; accompagno le persone nella loro visita a Lima. Ogni tour è unico, intimo e personalizzato per il gruppo. Camminiamo insieme nel cuore della Città dei Re per assaporarne la storia, la sua identità e i suoi contrasti.
We had a great time with Victor. He showed us a lot of places and we tried a lot of different dishes. It is obvious that he loves to show foreigners his city and also that he loves history. We lerned so much about the history and the important people of Peru and Lima. It was like a walk with a friend who shows you his city. We enjoyed the walk and fully recommend it to everyone who wants to get real view of the city.
La experiencia de conocer el centro de Lima con sus sabores y sus influencias fue increíble. Fueron 6h de un paseo muy entretenido e informativo por múltiples lugares. Víctor es un apasionado de la gastronomía, como yo. Compartimos experiencias y referencias (ya que soy brasileña). Recomiendo este tour a cualquier persona a la que le guste la gastronomía. Our walking tour with Victor was one of our favorites across all the countries we’ve traveled to. His personality is so warm and welcoming. He really took the time to get to know our interests and tailored the tour experience to them. He has so much knowledge about Lima and Peru and liberally shared it with us, including its history, cultural influences, and its wonderful gastronomy. We learned so much, had fun, and tasted many great foods along the way. We highly recommend this tour with Victor and will do it again on our next Lima trip.
