I'm Víctor Hugo, a chef from Lima with over 15 years of experience. I studied at INTECI (National Institute of Technology), took courses at LCB Perú and Usil, and have worked in restaurants such as 550 Israel Laura, Matria, Mayta, Calle del Medio (Cusco), and more. I'm passionate about history, and that's why I created this experience: for travelers to discover the soul of Lima through its Creole cuisine, its people, and its history. I don't guide tourists; I accompany people. Each experience is different, personal, and tailored to the group.

Victor Hugo es un genio! La ruta fue espectacular, súper entretenido, se extendió por más de 4 hs nos enseñó recetas , nos llevó a lugares clásicos, café, churros , anticuchos y pisco sour . Es increíble compartir cosas y hablar de cocina con personas tan cálidas y sensibles. Super recomendable. Un 10

The guide was very enthusiastic and showed a lot of things. For me it was a bit overwhelming though because I was the only one in the group and the tour took about 5 hours, in which the guide constantly kept talking and giving information to me. At some point I couldn’t absorb any more and I was just a bit tired. Also I expected the tour to be more food oriented than it turned out to be. We visited a couple of places but I don’t have the feeling I can grasp the food culture of Lima now.
