Hi Monika, I am truly sorry but we must have failed to understand each other and that is my fault, however I have sent you a private message to warn you that this tour was unavailable as i went on holidays which cannot be displayed on a guru profile , i suggested you to book with other guru of the place des terreaux, you received an automatic confirmation from the application but i was not able to give any tour this day as I said. Please be sure that all my customers are satisfied with the service i provide, I totally understand your frustration but I also find a bit harsh to judge someone’s business with a service 1) you didnt pay 2) you ve been informed was unavailable. I ll be happy to give you this tour anytime outside of this days, best regards!
