Ecco perché sono innamorato di Budapest, dove le facciate infinitamente diverse, i muri ammuffiti dello storico quartiere del castello e gli spazi delle moderne aree comuni raccontano storie misteriose e avventurose, proprio come i ciottoli sotto i nostri piedi, le facciate sopra le nostre teste , o i pub nascosti con i loro frequentatori abituali. Robert is a great guide and presentes us with a fantastic tour. He is genuinely passionate about Budapest, its history, and its curiosities. On top of that, he’s an excellent storyteller and even includes stories from his own family, which gives us a sense of closeness and familiarity with the city and everything it has to offer. The tour flies by, helped as well by Robert’s great sense of humour and the way he adapts his tone to the narrative he’s sharing. In short, a fantastic experience and one of the best free walking tours I’ve ever done (out of more than a dozen).
