What I do as a tour guide is not backed by any formal job contract or institutional support. Most of us doing free tours work without guarantees, relying entirely on tips—when they come—and often juggling multiple jobs to make ends meet. Because of this, I can't always respond instantly or be present for last-minute bookings that come in 30 minutes before the tour.
