Great tour and engaging friendly guide, really good to learn about castle but guide didn't use mic and didn't hear about what time to meet her, as was busy and large group, so missed the guide and group leaving the changing of guard - but luckily us and others who also were missed, met her at next point. So if you do the tour, just make clear you know when the group is leaving the changing of guard as was watching the whole thing and missed the group leaving the area and no headcount is done. Don't let this sway you, as great tour, just be warned to ensure you hear everything!

Small group but was great as more easily to hear guide, very friendly yet professional, learnt about history and also guide pointed out extra little things, felt like being shown around by a friend by end. Great tour, recommend to all.

Only us on the tour after other guests cancelled and weather took turn for worse but Jessica still did it with us, which was brilliant. She was very friendly and knew her info! Great introduction to the city and we really enjoyed the tour. You can tell she's a lovely person and passionate about her city, we had a great time, recommend to all!
