Born and raised in Lagos, I have a great deal of memories of stories told by several generations of local people, not to mention their habits, behaviors and cultural issues.
Being an old-school traveler and an experienced hotelier myself, who already served thousands of travelers from all over the world, I have the urge to show my town in an alternative manner, a bit apart from the same old tours for tourists.
Artur had grown up in Lagos & gave us a real flavour of the old town and all the changes that have taken place. We felt we had a vey good insight into the old town. His style was very easy to listen to & his English was exc lent. As an added bonus he gave us recommendations in the town & a history throughout the ages. Great guide, knew a lot about the history about Lagos. At the end got lots of tips for eating and visiting other part of the Algarve.
