Ich bin in Lagos geboren und aufgewachsen und habe viele Erinnerungen an Geschichten, die von mehreren Generationen von Einheimischen erzählt wurden, ganz zu schweigen von ihren Gewohnheiten, Verhaltensweisen und kulturellen Problemen. Da ich selbst ein Reisender der alten Schule und ein erfahrener Hotelier bin, der bereits Tausende von Reisenden aus aller Welt bedient hat, verspüre ich den Drang, meine Stadt auf eine alternative Weise zu zeigen, ein bisschen abseits der immer gleichen Touren für Touristen.

I had the privilege of taking a private tour with Artur on 23/12 because no one else had signed up for it. Artur is an enthusiastic storyteller and presents historical data in an interesting and entertaining way. I liked the observations about the city's architecture and the description of the daily life of the city's inhabitants, past and present. Artur treated me to a traditional Christmas pastry and dried figs from his garden, which I appreciated very much. The 2 hour tour went by in a flash. This was one of the best GuruWalk tours I've been on. Thank you very much, Artur!
Artur was an amazing tour guide with an abundance of knowledge, he could answer any question you asked. It was great to learn about the history of Lagos in such depth. Artur also recommended places to explore, eat and drink at. A great addition to my trip to Lagos!
