Youssef is quite knowledgable about the town and history of the country and would answer all our questions, even when they were not tour-related! He would always repeat things he said if any member was slower to catch up. There were a couple of times of some miscommunication that I feel caused some delays and confusion about what the best route could be, although I believe this was in Youssef's good intention to give the group some freedom and flexibility. Sometimes this may work well but other times not so much.
