Wrote 50 minutes before planned start that the required minimum amount of attendees wasn’t met and the weather was also cited as a reason even though it didn’t rain. Very unprofessional.

I only heard back from you two hours before the tour was set to start on Saturday. Given the lack of response, I assumed you would not be attending.
